Cable Labeling Guide
Ports on your Dell PowerVault NX3600/NX3610 NAS solution are used either for
the client network or for the SAN network. A label is provided for both ends of
each cable. These cable labels help ensure that cabling is done correctly.
Determine the appropriate label for each cable.
To label the Ethernet cables:

Align the label’s edge on one end of the Ethernet cable.

Wrap the label around the cable until it fully encircles the cable.
3
Repeat step 1 and step 2 to apply a label on the other end of the cable.
