A possible system board failure has occurred. Some other failure has occurred. System is in Recovery Mode Boot hand off computer boots, add the peripheral cards back one by one until you find the bad one. • If the problem persists, the system board / system board component is faulty. • Disconnect all internal and external peripherals, and restart the computer. LEDs are normally in this state briefly as POST completes. Once the hand-off to the operating system is done, the LEDs turn off . 53
