Playing Components Playing Blu-ray Disc / DVD Players The following describes the procedure for playing Blu-ray disc/ DVD players. Use the same procedure to play other components. 1 Prepare for playback. ① Turn on the power of the TV, subwoofer and player. ② Set the TV's input to the AVR-1910. ③ Load the disc in the player. Front 2 Turn on the AVR-1910's power. (vpage 17 "Turning the Power On") 3 Press source. and select the input If "TUNING PRESET" is selected for preset channel, press before turning . 4 Play the component connected to the AVR-1910. Make the necessary settings on the player (language setting, subtitles setting, etc.) beforehand. 5 Use to adjust the volume. GVariable rangeH - - - -80.0dB ~ 18.0dB ※ The variable range differs according to the input signal and channel level setting. iPod® Playback The music / video on an iPod can be played by using the control dock for iPod (ASD-1R, ASD-11R, ASD-3N or ASD-3W sold separately). Connect the control dock for iPod beforehand. (vpage 14 "iPod®"). Listening to music on an iPod® 1 Prepare for playback. q Set the iPod in the DENON control dock for iPod. w Assign the control dock for iPod's input (vpage 33). e Set to "MAIN/TV" to "MAIN". Front 2 Turn on the AVR-1910's power. (vpage 17 "Turning the Power On") 3 Press to select the input source assigned in step 1w above. Front OK to disconnect. (iPod screen) b If the screens above are not displayed, the iPod may not be properly connected. Try connecting again. 6 Select the desired surround mode.
