EPSON WARRANTY POLICY: Epson Canada Product
Epson America Inc., has announced its affiliation with Epson Canada, Ltd. This
bilateral arrangement will benefit customers in both countries. This agreement
provides for continuity of service and support for all Epson products regardless of a
customer’s or dealer’s geographic location.
Epson America’s policy of full warranty reciprocity between Canada and the U.S. will
be supported by all our ECCCs. ECCCs that encounter a product in need of warranty
service, with a proof-of-purchase indicating Canadian origin, must honor the warranty.
All normal warranty procedures- must be followed.
A+ CERTIFICATION
The ABCD Microcomputer Industry Association together with major vendors, resellers,
and third party servicers, have introduced the A+ Certification program. This program
has been accepted by the microcomputer industry as the industry-wide standard of
certification for technicians.
Effective January 1, 1994, in accordance with the criteria developed by participants in
this Program, A+ certification is required of all registrants for Epson classroom
training.
