Check if the target printer has been registered in OMS, if not, register the printer.

Login to the OMC (OmniLink Management Console):

From “Team and Groups”, select correspond Team then Group

Click correspond Store

From Device list, check if this printer’s serial number is listed

If not, click the “Add” button

Fill in the printer information and click “Save”

Connect the printer to network via LAN cable, power printer on, wait for 30 seconds
until it prints out IP address chit. Check that the printed IP address is correct.

Connect the printer to the POS terminal and run the POS application to make sure it can
print successfully to the printer.

For Windows user, run T88VI utility on the PC to change the printer setting
