What Is Covered:
Epson America, Inc. (“Epson”) warrants to the first end-user customer that the Epson
SureColor P900 or P700 Series Printer covered by this limited warranty statement, if purchased and used in
the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico, will conform to the manufacturer’s specifications and will be free
from defects in workmanship and materials. The 17-inch SureColor P900 is warranted for either a period
of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (proof of purchase required) or twelve thousand (12,000)
A2-size printed sheets, whichever occurs first. The 13-inch P700 is warranted for either a period of one (1)
year from the date of original purchase (proof of purchase required) or twelve thousand (12,000) A3+-size
printed sheets, whichever occurs first. This warranty is not transferrable. Epson also warrants that the
consumable ink shipped with or purchased with the printer will perform to the manufacturer’s specified
usage. The warranty for the ink may expire before the expiration of the limited warranty for the printer.
Note that warranty coverage for the print head and ink delivery system is terminated if the printer is ever
used with inks or ink delivery systems other than the Epson UltraChrome
®
Pro10 for which the printer
was designed.

What Epson Will Do To Correct Problems:
If your printer requires service during the warranty period,
please call the Epson Connection
SM
at (562) 276-7272 (U.S.) or (905) 709-2567 (Canada) and be prepared
to provide the model, serial number, and, if required, date of original purchase. An Epson service technician
will provide telephone diagnostic service to determine whether the printer needs service. If Epson confirms
warranty service is required, Epson will replace the printer with the same or a comparable printer
refurbished to the Epson standard of quality without charge for parts or labor. Epson will ship a
replacement printer to you, freight prepaid, as long as you use an address in the United States, Canada, or
Puerto Rico. (The replacement printer will not include promotional materials, accessories, stands,
documentation, manuals, software, or cables.) The customer must be able to receive, unpack, and install the
replacement printer, and prepare the defective printer for return shipment by following the procedures
described in the user manual or documentation provided by Epson. Epson requires a debit or credit card
number to secure the cost of the replacement printer if you fail to return the defective one within seven (7)
days of receipt of the replacement printer.
If Epson authorizes repair instead of exchange, Epson will direct you to send your printer to Epson or its
authorized service center, where the printer will be repaired and sent back to you. You are responsible for
packaging the printer and for all postage or shipping costs to and from the Epson authorized service center.
When warranty service involves the exchange of the printer or a part, the item replaced becomes Epson’s
property. The replacement printer or part may be new or refurbished to the Epson standard of quality. If
service cannot be provided on the printer for any reason and Epson no longer sells the same model, Epson
will replace your printer with a model of equal or superior value. Replacement products or parts assume the
remaining warranty period of your original printer covered by this limited warranty.
