Cooling fan The fan cools the oven and comes into operation during cooking. 16 USING THE COOKTOP To install the burner components: 1. The shape of the burner skirt openings must match the shape of the openings in the burner base. Check that they are fitted correctly by moving each component gently. Auxiliary functions Three auxiliary functions are available, selectable in the same way as the cooking functions. Steam clean This function is an assisted cleaning procedure that facilitates dirt removal. This function allows the inside of the oven can be cleaned with great ease. Meat probe cooking Useful function for cooking various types of meat to perfection by measuring the core temperature of the meat. This is not a timed cooking function: the cooking process ends when the probe sensor reaches the set target temperature. 30 USING THE OVEN Preliminary operations 1. Open the oven door. 2. Place the food on the rack. 3. Insert the tip of the probe into the food before placing it in the oven. When baking with two or more racks we recommend arranging the pans on the upper rack closer to the door and the pans on the lower rack closer to the fans (see the figure below).
