Cooling fan The fan cools the oven and comes into operation during cooking. 16 USING THE COOKTOP To install the burner components: 1. The shape of the burner skirt openings must match the shape of the openings in the burner base. Check that they are fitted correctly by moving each component gently. 18 USING THE COOKTOP To operate the cooktop burners 1. Place your cookware on the burner. 2. PUSH-IN and TURN the cooktop knob to the (SPARK) position to ignite the burner. 24 USING THE OVEN The duration of preheating varies according to the temperature and the cooking function selected. A buzzer sounds to signal the end of preheating. Auxiliary functions Three auxiliary functions are available, selectable in the same way as the cooking functions. End of meat probe cooking The meat probe cooking will end when the probe reaches the set target temperature.
