If you know your maximum heart rate, you can enter it and allow the Edge to calculate your heart rate zones based on the percentages shown in the table (page 19). If you do not know your maximum heart rate, use one of the calculators available on the Internet. Some gyms and health centers can provide a test that measures maximum heart rate. ANT+ Sensors Pairing the GSC 10 If you purchased a GSC 10 separately, you must pair it with the Edge in order to view your speed and cadence data. Before you can pair, you must install the GSC 10. 1. Turn on the Edge. 2. Bring the Edge within range (3 m) of the GSC 10. 3. Select MENU > > Bike Settings > Bike Profiles. 4. Select a bike. 5. Select ANT+ Speed/Cadence > Bike Sensors > Yes. 6. Press .
