Using Accessories Power Zones 1. Press and hold mode to select the Bike mode. 2. Select Settings > Bike Settings > bike name > Power Zones. You can set seven custom power zones (1=lowest, 7=highest). If you know your FTP (functional threshold power), you can enter it, and allow the device to calculate your power zones automatically. You can also enter your power zones manually. GSC 10 Your Forerunner is compatible with the GSC 10 speed and cadence bike sensor. You must pair the GSC 10 with your Forerunner. Calibrating the Bike Sensor Calibrating your bike sensor is optional and can improve accuracy. 1. Press mode > select Settings > Bike Settings > bike name > ANT+Spd/Cad. 2.
