10V Installation Instructions
To obtain the best possible performance and to avoid damage to your boat, install your GHP 10V marine autopilot system according to the
following instructions.
Read all installation instructions before proceeding with the installation.
If you experience difficulty during the
installation, contact Garmin Product Support or seek the advice of a professional installer.
The GHP 10V is compatible with C3 or newer Volvo
®
EVC systems. Contact Volvo for information on updating older EVC systems.

Always wear safety goggles, ear protection, and a dust mask when drilling, cutting, or sanding.
When drilling or cutting, always check the opposite side of the surface. Be aware of fuel tanks, electrical cables, and hydraulic hoses.
Do not connect the CCU interface connector on either the CCU cable or the Autopilot Gateway to a NMEA 2000
®
network.
