12.2 Nearest Airport Foreword The Nearest Airport Page displays the identifier, symbol, bearing and distance, and the length of the longest runway for the 25 nearest airports (within 200 NM Getting Started of your present position). Xpdr Ctrl The Nearest Airport Page can be configured to exclude shorter runways or undesirable runway surface types, so that the corresponding airports do not Com/Nav appear on the list. You may wish to use this feature to exclude seaplane bases, heliports, or runway lengths which would be difficult or impossible to land upon.
