Installing the pedestal mount
To install the pedestal mount:

If the server has already been set up as a rack system, disconnect the
power cords and remove the slide rails, cable management arm, and local
control panel. For instructions, see your server user guide.

Lay the server upside-down (fan side down) onto the floor or other strong
and stable work surface.

Slide the outer cover onto the bottom (the hot-swap drive side) of the
server.

Align the screw holes of the outer cover with those on the server, then
secure the outer cover in place with the six Phillips screws.
