OPERATION

NOTE:
To
operate
glass
washer
(1)
make
sure
ON/OFF
tog-
gle
switch
is
in
the
OFF
position,
(2)
plug
glass
washer
into
three
prong
grounded
outlet,
(3)
push
reset
but-
ton on
GFCI
plug,
and
(4)
turn
ON/OFF
toggle
switch
to
ON
to
make
glass
washer
operate.
If
power
is
removed
from
the
outlet
the
glass
washer
is
plugged
into,
the
GFCI
plug
will
trip.
This
is
the
normal
function
of
the
GFCI
and
prevents
the
unit
from
coming
back
on
unexpectedly
after
a
power
outage.
To
restart,
perform
steps
(1),
(3),
and
(4)
above.
WASHING:
FIRST
SINK
A
low
-suds
liquid
detergent
is
recommended,
as
most
granular
type
detergents
will
not
completely
dissolve
and
will
possibly
have
an
abrasive
searing
action
on
the
gears
and
bearings.
For
best
and
most
efficient
glass
cleaning,
operat-
ing
water
level
in
first
sink
should
be
flush
with
top
of
short
brushes.
The
8
-inch
center
brush
is
recommended
for
best
cleaning
of
tall
glasses.

Closing
Time:
1.
Drain
water
out
of
the
sink.
2.
Wipe
glass
washer
down.
3.
Let
glass
washer
dry
overnight.
Monthly
Cleaning/Maintenance
Instruction.
1.
Remove
neoprene
boot
that
surrounds
the
gear
train
housing.
2.
Fill
first
sink
with
fresh
water
flush
with
top
of
short
brushes.
3.
Add
1
/
2
ounce
of
low
-suds
liquid
detergent
into
sink
water
and
run
glass
washer
5
to
10
minutes.
4.
Turn
unit
OFF.
5.
Drain
water
from
sink
and
replace
neoprene
boot
around
gear
train
housing.
6.
Refill
with
fresh
water
and
add
low
-suds
liquid
detergent.
