Plug the toaster oven into an outlet. Turn Function/Temperature Knob to 450°F (230ºC). Heat at this temperature for 10 minutes. The odor should not be present after this initial preheating. Wash baking pan, broil rack*, and oven rack before using. NOTE: *Broil rack is an optional accessory on select models.
