1 2 3 Removing the Battery 1. Shut down the Notebook. Disconnect all cables and devices. 2. Turn the Notebook over and unlock the battery by pushing the Battery Lock outwards. 3. Push the Battery Latch outwards and hold it in place with your finger. Now use the other hand to pull the battery out. 2 1 3 CAUTION ! Do not remove the battery while the Notebook is still running. This may damage the data on the hard disk.

Removing the Battery
1. Shut down the Notebook. Disconnect all cables and devices.
2. Turn the Notebook over and unlock the battery by pushing the Battery Lock
outwards.
3. Push the Battery Latch outwards and hold it in place with your finger. Now use the
other hand to pull the battery out.
