About this document
This document contains important information about the HP StorageWorks Enterprise Virtual Array
3000/5000 running VCS 4.004. This information applies to both the EVA5000 (HSV110) and
EVA3000 (HSV100) products.
Getting help with installation
An HP–authorized service provider will assist with the installation of the HP StorageWorks Enterprise
Virtual Array 3000/5000 hardware and software components. You should not attempt to install or set up
the Enterprise Virtual Array without an HP–authorized service provider.
In North America, call HP technical support at 1-800-354-9000. This service is available 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week.
