Customers may experience an “ORDER TRANSFER KIT LESS THAN 2000 PAGES"

message when the ITB is still new or recently replaced.

This can be due to toner in the

light pipe (1), or a broken light pipe (2).

If there is toner in the light pipe, please make

sure it is not due to a full toner waste tub, otherwise gently knock the toner back into the

toner hopper, and reinstall the ITB.

If the light pipe is broken, replace the ITB.
