Printing on Glossy Paper When printing on glossy paper, select the glossy print setting in the printer driver. You can also use the printer control panel to specify a tray for glossy media type. for Clearing Jams • Remove all portions of jammed media to avoid repeated jams. • After removing media that has jammed, inspect other areas of the printer to verify that all media has been removed. • Reassemble all pieces of torn media to confirm that you have removed the entire sheet.
