Identifying the size of originals The reader controller PCB identifies the size of an original based on signals indicating the presence or absence of an original. l Unchanged: the output of the sensor is read about every 100 ms after the copyboard cover opened/closed sensor turns on. The notation "unchanged" means that the sensor output remained unchanged, detecting the presence of an original. l Changed: the output of the sensor is read about every 100 ms after the copyboard cover opened/closed sensor turns on.
