HP CM1015/1017MFP – Wireless connectivity

The CM1015/1017MFP does not support direct connected (USB) Jetdirect EX box wireless adapter,

or other wireless network adapter devices for communication with this device in a wireless network

environment.

Scanning and memory card access (CM1017MFP only) are not supported via a wireless network

adapter connection.

Acceptable methods of connection are:

1)

USB 1.0 or 2.0 direct to a PC

2)

10/100 base T network connection from the PC through a network device such as a wired

hub, switch or router.

3)

Direct connection from a PC via category 5 network cable.

4)

Direct connection to a wireless router via category 5 network cable. The PC may be

wirelessly connected through this same wireless router.
