Thank you for you work implementing the OQA, Plus, and Finisher programs. Your work has helped greatly improve

the functionality and reliability of the CM8060 and CM8050 MFPs in the field. Through your efforts, almost all units

world wide have been upgraded.

However, the Service Action Advisories that provide for parts and labor reimbursements for these upgrades are

expiring soon. Please finalize your upgrades and submit your reimbursement requests on any MFPs that may still need

these necessary upgrades and improvements before the program concludes on January 31

st
