The available options are the same for each paper type. Print Mode Values Expanded sensing* Transparency Only Select from a list of print modes. Default = Auto Sense Mode Description Sets the sensing option for Trays 2-5 for paper types using AUTO SENSE mode. When Expanded sensing is selected, the product senses only the first few pages and assumes the rest of the pages are the same type. The product can distinguish light paper, plain paper, heavy paper, glossy paper, tough paper, or transparencies. The product senses the paper type when you turn it on and after you open and close a tray. When Transparency Only is selected, the product senses only the first page.
