Print Event Log View Event Log Print Quality Pages Print PQ Troubleshooting Pages Diagnostics Page Color Band Test Print Test Page Copies Diagnostic Tests Disable Cartridge Check TIP: When this item is selected, only the diagnostic pages in the Troubleshooting menu can be printed. Range: 1 - 30 Default = 1 Description Use this menu to help resolve problems. Prints a report containing the last 50 entries in the product's event log, starting with the most recent. Displays the last 50 events, starting with the most recent. Prints a page that includes instructions and pages for each color. These pages can help isolate printquality problems. Prints a page that can assist in diagnosing product problems. Prints a color band test page that is used to identify arcing in the high-voltage power supply and other print-quality defects. Specify how many copies of the internal page are printed. This item allows you to remove a print cartridge to help determine which cartridge is the source of a problem.
