Identifying a flash memory module failure Symptoms of problems with the memory module are: • The system hangs • Hosts cannot connect to the HP D2D Backup System via the Web Management Interface Troubleshooting procedure - HP D2D2503i | HP D2D Gen2 and Gen1 Backup Systems Maintenance and Service Guide - Page 16
to the latest version. This is done from the Web Management Interface (Settings/Software page), as described in the HP StoreOnce D2D Backup System User Guide. Make sure both ends of the cable are connected securely. 4. Be sure to update the HP D2D software to the latest version. This is done from the Web Management Interface (Settings/Software page), as described in the HP StoreOnce D2D Backup System User Guide. The BBWCs must be removed from the failed board and installed on the replacement board.
