See Understanding device information pages for instructions on how to print this page. 2. If the printer does not print, get the following information ready. a. Product name. b. Serial number. (Check the back of the printer.) 3. Check the operating system that you are using, such as Windows XP. 4. Note how the printer is connected to your system: USB, Bluetooth, or 802.11. 5. Obtain the printer driver and version number of the printer software, such as HP Deskjet 460 Series Version: 2.325.0.0. (To find the printer driver version number, open the printer settings or properties dialog box and click the HP logo in the dialog box. See Changing print settings.) 6.
