A USB driver compatibility issue may exist when more than one
set of USB graphics drivers are installed on the same computer
at the same time. If you experience a blank display (no picture)
on your computer screen or monitor after installing the HP USB
graphics driver, it may be caused by a software incompatibility
between the HP USB graphics driver and a different
manufacturer’s USB graphics driver.
HP Recommendations
•
Uninstall any non-HP or non-DisplayLink USB graphics
driver before attempting to install the HP USB graphics
driver provided on the disc included with your HP monitor.
•
Use USB graphics drivers from only one manufacturer.
•
Avoid having more than one USB graphics driver installed
on the computer at any time.
