You may need these numbers when contacting HP about your monitor model. The rating labels are located on the rear panel of the monitor display head. A Troubleshooting Solving Common Problems The following table lists possible problems, the possible cause of each problem, and the recommended solutions. Problem Screen is blank. Troubleshooting ■ Be sure to calibrate the touchscreen monitor. Touch response must be aligned to the video image (this is sometimes called calibration). Normally this need only be done when the touch drivers are initially installed. To calibrate the touchscreen: 1.
