Fuser pressure-release sensor 1. Open the right door. 2. Lower the secondary transfer assembly. 3. Remove the fuser, and then rotate the gear (callout 1) to move the flag (callout 2). If the flag does not actuate, replace the fuser. Figure 3-11 Test the fuser pressure-release sensor (1 of 2) 2 1 4. Insert a piece of paper to activate the fuser pressure-release sensor.
