Two options are available: ● Enabled: When this option is selected, the user is prompted either to add paper to the selected tray or to choose a different tray. This is the factory default setting. ● Disabled: When this option is selected, the user is not given the option of selecting a different tray. The product prompts the user to add paper to the tray that was initially selected. Use this feature so that you can load letterhead or preprinted paper into the tray the same way for all print jobs, whether you are printing to one side of the sheet or to both sides of the sheet. When this option is selected, load the paper as you would for printing on both sides. See the user documentation that came with the product for instructions about loading letterhead for printing on both sides.
