Hard drive A solid state module (SSM) or a crypto hard-disk drive (HDD) device is installed depending on the product model. CAUTION: ESD sensitive component. Before proceeding, remove the following components: ● Formatter cover, formatter cage, and formatter PCA. See Formatter cover and formatter cage on page 71. Remove the SSM 1.
