Connect to a network (network models only) The product can connect to wired or wireless networks. NOTE: You cannot connect to a wired and wireless network simultaneously. Wired connections take precedence. Supported network protocols To connect a networking-equipped product to a network, you need a network that uses one of the following protocols. ● TCP/IP (IPv4 or IPv6) ● Port 9100 ● LPR ● DHCP ● AutoIP ● SNMP ● Bonjour ● SLP ● WSD ● NBNS Install the product on a wired network Configure the IP address 1. Connect the network cable to the product and to the network. 2. Wait for 60 seconds before continuing.
