This document identifies an issue that is seen with output destination when performing a copy job.
Issue Description:
Copy Jobs only go to the Stacker Bin (Top output bin).
This happens even when the
Output Bin setting is set to the STANDARD OUTPUT BIN in the Copy Screen (See Figure
1)

Solution or Workaround:
A workaround can be provided by using the HP Easy Select Control Panel.
To do this access the ADMINISTRATION menu and Select the “DEFAULT JOB OPTIONS
FOR PRINTING” selection.
Once in the “DEFAULT JOB OPTIONS FOR PRINTING”
menu select the “OUTPUT BIN” option (see Figure 2) and choose the “STANDARD
OUTPUT BIN”.
Once this setting has been selected users can select either Output Bin
choice from the Copy Screen and their copy job will go to the desired bin.
