Load an original on the scanner glass You can copy or scan originals by loading them on the scanner glass. NOTE: The scanner might not work correctly if the scanner glass and lid backing are not clean. For more information, see Maintain the printer. 3 Connect your printer Your printer supports the following connection types for printing: Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Ethernet, and USB. Use HP Smart software and a network connection to set up your printer and receive the HP+ offer.
