When adding multiple Upgrade Kits to an HP StoreOnce Backup system, it is recommended to distribute them evenly above and below the head unit. • There are any "foreign" LUNs already present on the attached storage. • There are any failed or predictive fail disks in either the existing or newly added storage. • The storage is connected to an incorrect RAID controller or is daisy-chained from the wrong expansion enclosure.
