Starting HORCM service In Windows, the RAID Manager provides the svcexe.exe command and a sample script file (HORCM0_run.txt) so that the RAID Manager (HORCM) can be started automatically from the service. Procedure for new introduction You must install this product at both the local site SRM server (protected site) and the remote site SRM server (recovery site). Configuring SRM (AM) to communicate with RMSRA20 Adding Array Manager 1. Configure the Array Manager on protection. When the protected and recovery SRM servers have been paired, click add an Array Manager to configure the Array Manager to use RMSRA20 (see Figure 18 (page 29)). 5 Troubleshooting RMSRA20 Known problems The following problems and solutions are typical: HP disk arrays do not appear in Site Recovery Manager Solution: If HP disk arrays do not appear in the Site Recovery Manager, make sure that the Site Recovery Manager has been restarted (see "Installation - HP XP24000 | HP Replication Adapter for VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager Adm - Page 45
was passed an Array ID parameter in XML (discoverDevices) from the SRM log message. 1305 : [RMSRA20][Time]: [command_naming] : NO ArrayId or NO DeviceKey and GroupKey in XML. Cause: A parameter in XML (naming) was input from SRM to the SRA, but it could not be found in the TargetDevice Key (LDEV# of - HP XP24000 | HP Replication Adapter for VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager Adm - Page 46
