. Webmin is a widely-used open source tool based on secure sockets. HP has added a number of modules to Webmin to simplify client configuration. Interface Status section displays several network parameters, such as the client IP address and the network speed. The Interface Parameters section can specify whether the DHCP server will supply the hostname to the client or the client will supply the hostname to the DHCP server. Establishing an RGS connection If Manual (Normal) Mode is selected, the blade workstation hostname or IP address is entered in the Receiver Control panel. If Directory Mode is selected, the blade workstations specified and stored in the directory.txt file will connect automatically. A short press of the power button will cause the blade workstation to perform a soft shutdown, allowing the blade to shut down gracefully and save system data (see Figure 6-5).
