Power-Limited Wiring Requirements Installation 2.4.2 Mounting Six-Circuit Modules from Honeywell Fire Systems Six-output addressable modules can be mounted directly to the control circuit board as shown in Figure 2.15 for the wall cabinet. This allows wiring to remain in the cabinet. However, the sixoutput module cannot be mounted as shown in the HPFF12CM(E) units when used in the large equipment enclosure. An optional multi-module chassis is available from Honeywell Fire Systems. See Section 2.5, "Power-Limited Wiring Requirements". All power-limited wiring must remain at least 0.25" away from any non-power-limited circuit wiring. Furthermore, all power-limited circuit wiring and non-power-limited circuit wiring must enter and exit the cabinet through different conduits. An example of this is shown below. Your specific application may require different conduit knockouts to be used in the standard cabinet. Any conduit knockouts may be used. For power-limited applications, use of conduit is optional. Figure 2.15 for the wall cabinet. This allows wiring to remain in the cabinet. However, the six-
output module cannot be mounted as shown in the HPFF12CM(E)

Power-Limited Wiring Requirements
Power-limited and non-power-limited circuit wiring must remain separated in the cabinet. All
power-limited wiring must remain at least 0.25" away from any non-power-limited circuit wiring.
Furthermore, all power-limited circuit wiring and non-power-limited circuit wiring must enter and
exit the cabinet through different conduits. An example of this is shown below. Your specific
application may require different conduit knockouts to be used in the standard cabinet. Any conduit
knockouts may be used. For power-limited applications, use of conduit is optional.
