• Answer incoming calls or forward them to your voicemail box. • Set up conference calls with other people. Do not block the microphone at the bottom of your phone if you want your voice heard. 3.1.1 Making a Call Using the Phone Application 5 1. Touch > Phone on the Home screen to open the Phone application. If the Call log or Contacts tab is displayed, touch the Phone tab. 2. Touch the number keys to enter a phone number. 3. Touch to initiate the call. During the call, touch to enter other numbers on the keypad. Dialpad 3.1.2 Making a Call Using the Contacts Application 5 1. Touch > Phone on the Home screen to open the contact list. If the Phone or Call log tab is displayed, touch the Contacts tab. 2. Touch the contact you want to call. 3. Touch to call the contact. 3.1.3 Making a Call from Call log 1. If you have opened the Phone or Contacts application, touch the Call log tab. 2. Touch next to a call log entry to dial the phone number. If you touch and hold a call log entry, a menu including options, such as View contact, Edit number before call, Send text message, and Remove from call log, is displayed. 19
