The channel is scrambled or not available. The audio is not available. The channel has signal, but no audio or video. The channel is deleted by broadcasting company. The channel is for data broadcasting. Smart Card is not plugged in. Wrong Smart Card is plugged in. Smart Card is not correctly plugged in. Smart Card is broken. The channel has signal, but no Audio. What to do Make sure the cable is connected properly. Exchange the cable. Delete the channel, and search channels again. Search all channels again by performing default setting. Confirm if the channel is currently on air. Cannot watch the channel in usual way. Plug in Smart Card. Plug in suitable Smart Card. Pull out the Smart Card, and plug it in again. Replace the Smart Card. Press the AUDIO button to confirm if the channel has Audio. GB 71
