english Software upgrade It is possible to upgrade the speakerphone software following these steps: - Download the latest version of jabra700update.exe from www.jabra.com/SP700. - Click the exe file to start up the program and follow the instructions. - Turn off the speakerphone. - Connect the speakerphone to the computer using the USB cable. - Press simultaneously FM button and Volume Up button. - When entering Software upgrade mode, the designated ring tone can be heard. - Make sure the "Jabra SP700" appears listed in the Windows device manager. - When you are prompted to install the driver, install the Jabra provided driver. - After the "Jabra SP700" appears in the Windows device manager, the car kit software can be upgraded. Troubleshooting & FAQ I hear crackling noises - Bluetooth is a radio technology, which means it is sensitive to objects between the speakerphone and the connected device. It is designed for the speakerpone and the connected device to be used within 33 feet (10 meters) of each other, with no major objects in the way (walls, etc.). I cannot hear anything on my speakerphone - Increase the volume on the speakerphone - Ensure that the speakerphone is paired to a device that is playing - Make sure your phone is connected to the speakerphone by tapping the Answer/End button.
