SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
This manual contains important safety and operating
instructions for the KMB-35A multi charger adapter.
Before using this multi charger adapter, read all instructions
and cautionary markings on the power source, battery
charger, battery, and the product using the battery.
The ambient temperature should be from 5°C to 35°C while
charging is in progress.
To reduce the risk of injury or equipment damage, use only
with the specified rechargeable battery pack models in their
KENWOOD
chargers. Other types of batteries may burst,
causing personal injury and damage.
Do not recharge a battery if it is already fully charged. Doing
so will overcharge the battery and may shorten its life or
damaged it.
Do not expose the multi charger adapter to rain, snow, or
moisture.
To reduce the risk of damage to the AC cord, grasp and pull
the plug rather than the cord when disconnecting.
Make sure the AC cord is located so that it will not be stepped
on, tripped over, or otherwise subjected to damage or cause
personal injury.
Do not operate the multi charger adapter if it has received a
potentially damaging sharp blow, has been dropped, or has
otherwise been damaged in any way; take it to a qualified
service repair person.
Do not disassemble the multi charger adapter, or any
KENWOOD
adapters or accessories. Take it to a qualified
service repair person when service or repair is required.
Incorrect reassembly may result in the risk of electric shock or
fire.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the multi
charger adapter from the AC outlet before attempting any
maintenance or cleaning.
Turning off controls will not reduce
the risk of shock or fire; the AC cord must be removed from
the AC outlet.
When the KMB-35A will not be used for a long time, unplug
the AC cord from the AC outlet.
