Possible Solution Replace the contaminated paper or ribbon with the new clean one. Handle paper and ribbon carefully. Refer to Handling the Ribbon and Working with Paper. Use only Kodak Professional Ektatherm XtraLife ribbon. Paper does not feed Possible Cause Paper load or tray. Possible Solution 1. Remove sheets with irregularities. 2. Check that the tray is correctly adjusted for the size paper installed. 3. Reduce the size of the stack of paper in the paper tray.
