11.11 Using Data Management Utility 11 [System] In the System menu, you can handle [Auto Protect Setting] or [Exit]. Item [Auto Protect Setting] [Exit] Description Displays the window that prohibits operations when the specified time has elapsed after the user paused operations. This prevents a third person from handling the system without the user's permission if the user leaves the seat while displaying the setting page. To use the Auto Protect function, specify the timeout period ranging from a time the user paused operations to a time the Auto Protect page appears. Exits the application. The Confirmation screen appears. Click [OK]. [Add] Add fonts or macros to this machine. Item [Type] [Destination] [ID] [Add File] Description Select a type of font or macro to be added. Select where to save font or macro data. If data is saved in memory (RAM), it is deleted when this machine has been turned off. To continuously use font or macro data, save it in the HDD. Enter a font or macro ID number for PCL font or PCL macro. If it is not entered, the available ID is assigned automatically.
