9.2 Troubleshooting table 9 Main messages and their remedies If any message other than those listed below appears, perform the operation described in the message. Message [Originals left on original glass.] [Paper of matching size is not available. Select the paper size.] [Load paper in the bypass tray.] [The original size cannot be detected. Select the paper size.] [The image will not fit in the selected paper size. Position the original in a different orientation.] [The output tray has reached its capacity. Remove paper from the tray indicated by .] [Enter a login user name and password, and then touch [Login] or press [Access].] [Enter Account Name and password, and then touch [Login] or press the [Access] key.] [Your account has reached its maximum allowance.] [The part indicated by is open. Replace when indicated.] [Replace Toner Bottle(K)] Cause The original has been left on the Original Glass. Paper of a suitable size is not loaded in a paper tray.
