Deleting a user

Specify the maximum number of use boxes that can be created by the user. • To manage the upper limit on the number of boxes, se- lect [ON] from the drop-down list, and then type in the upper limit (0 to 3000) in the text box. • If you do not manage the upper limit on the number of use boxes, select [OFF]. From the drop-down list, select the apply level (between 0 and 5) for the address book. 1 In the User List page, select the user to be edited, and then click the [Edit User] button. The User Batch Edit page appears. 2 Select the check box for the item for the user information to be edited. 3 Specify the settings, and then click the [Apply] button. - To clear the entered information, click the [Clear] button. 3.1.7 Deleting a user The information for the selected user can be deleted. 2 Note If this operation is executed, all data for the user will be deleted from the database. 1 In the User List page, select the user to be deleted, and then click the [Delete User] button. In the User List page, select the user to be edited, and then click the
[Edit User] button.
The User Batch Edit page appears.

Select the check box for the item for the user information to be edited.

Specify the settings, and then click the [Apply] button.
To clear the entered information, click the [Clear] button.

Deleting a user
The information for the selected user can be deleted.

If this operation is executed, all data for the user will be deleted from the
database.
