2 Finishing Finishing settings let you specify document finishing features like punching holes and stapling. An optional finishing device must be installed. 7 Watermark A watermark is a recognizable text that can be placed throughout a document. The following options are available: • Watermark : Document data shows through watermark text. • Stamp : Document data does not show through stamp text. 12 Click Print. Adding a Watermark You can create a custom watermark or stamp that displays your chosen text. Any watermark can be edited, but changes in default watermarks cannot be saved. 8 Publishing Mac PDE Help The Publishing option lets you create covers and inserts for a print job, and insert sheets between transparencies. Printing with Cover Mode Cover Mode lets you add cover pages for the front and back of your document.
