The basic configuration of a PRESCRIBE command sequence is: !R! command; command; ...; command; EXIT; There is a limit to the number of commands you can include between the initial !R! and the final EXIT;. The initial !R! must be followed by a space, and each command must end with a semicolon. The use of PRESCRIBE commands in document files is conditional on the behavior of your word processing software. Some word processing programs add control codes that interNote fere with PRESCRIBE. PRESCRIBE Example
