Basic Operation Basic Printing Procedure Be sure that the machine's printer cable or network cable and the power cord are properly connected. Installing the Printer Driver To use the printer function, the printer driver must be installed. For information on how to install the printer driver software, refer to the Kyocera Extended Driver Operation Guide. Printing from Application Software 1 Be sure that paper of the size specified for the document in the application is in the machine. 2 Select Print from the File menu. The Print dialog box is displayed. 3 Choose this machine from the printer names drop-down list. 4 Specify the number of copies to print in Number of copies and any other options you want to use. Printing from Application Software
