Touch the [Print the list] key.
The “Now copying” screen will appear, and then printing
will start.
NOTE
• To cancel printing, touch the [Cancel] key.
When list print completes, the “Management code menu”
screen will appear.
Touch the [Close] key.
The display will return to the “Default setting menu”
screen.
Turning copy management ON/OFF
Turn ON copy management to apply the management settings
that you registered.
Make settings for each mode.
When the display returns to the “Management code
menu” screen, touch the [On] key below “COPY” to en-
able the settings or touch the [Off] key to disable it.
The selected settings are turned ON, and the display
will return to the “Default setting menu” screen.
Turning printer management ON/OFF (optional)
Turn ON printer management to apply the management settings
that you registered.

(4) Making copies when the copier is in the copy
management mode
When the copier is in the copy management mode, the 4-digit
“Enter ID-code” screen will appear when you press the [Manage-
ment] key on the operation panel after the copy. To make copies,
use the numeric keys to enter the management pin code in your
department.
